Volunteers are placed into hospitals and health centers according to their qualifications and experience. Medical volunteer in Tanzania need to show initiative and have a readiness to work in a new environment.
Because of the utmost importance of proper healthcare coupled with the fact that most volunteers cannot communicate directly with patients due to language barriers, volunteers need to understand that they may not be allowed to take part in some serious medical cases. The doctors are understandably hesitant to allow volunteers to operate on patients. While a medical volunteer may be appropriately qualified to do so, the instruments available in Tanzania will probably not be familiar to volunteers. So, if working on the medical volunteer in Tanzania placement volunteers should not become frustrated if they are not actually conducting surgeries. Volunteers will be observing surgeries, taking blood pressure, administering vaccines, along with a wide range of other medical tasks.

Living is basic but all the Home Stays have electricity and running water and accommodate volunteers in safe and secure homes (some rural home stays may not have electricity or running water during times of drought). All home stays have been inspected thoroughly by local staff and chosen because of their safety and security. Most volunteers love their home stays and feel that they get a more authentic Tanzanian experience by staying there.
VOLUNTEER HOUSE
The Volunteer House is a western-style house with 6 bedrooms (all shared accommodations with bunk beds). It has 2 bathrooms with western-style toilets and occasional hot water for showers. The house also includes one double bedroom, and this room is generally reserved for married couples. The house is safe and secure, with a security guard and a large gate. In the volunteer house, there is a cook who cooks the meals for the volunteers.
(Please note that spaces in the volunteer house are very limited and can only accommodate 18 to 24 people).
Food & Beverages
Meals:
You will be provided with 2 meals daily. Breakfasts generally consist of Chai (tea), toast, cereal, fruit and mandazzi (deep fried dough). Dinner usually sees traditional food such as ugali, chapatti, boga and irio accompany the meat and vegetables.

Most visitors will find themselves passing through Dar Es Salaam and heading out on safaris and various wildlife viewing adventure. For those who want to take a break and spend some time soaking up the sun, the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar beckon. Off Pemba and Mafia Island is a whole other kind of natural wander.

Что такое Глушь?
Для начала это 4 гектара леса на берегу озера, в окружении еще нескольких озер и полное отсутствие посторонних людей в радиусе 3км, так же это возможность побыть в лесу и поближе познакомиться с местной флорой, фауной и историей, еще это место где можно встретить новых, совершенно невероятных людей и да, это моя детская мечта)
Я точно знаю, что для всех кто захочет к нам приехать найдется какое-либо дело, может вы снимаете отличный контент, а может у вас самый лучший в мире плов(шашлык, пельмени, борщ или что-нибудь еще))) или вы родились с навыками строителя, нам нужны абсолютно все)
И я уверен, что скучно не будет, потому что скучные люди к нам почему-то ни разу не приезжали)
Я всегда рад новым знакомствам и готов делиться своими знаниями и опытом)

Что мы будем делать)
Строить домики, по каркасной технологии.
Причесывать территорию, без фанатизма, главное, чтобы наш лес остался лесом, без всяких там деревянных тропинок и т.д.
Расчищать лес от последствий урагана 2010 года
Будем проводить вечера у костра или на веранде кафе, делиться опытом, просто болтать, в свободное время будет рыбалка, прогулки по лесу и поиск артефактов оставшихся от финов, которые жили на этой территории до 1939 года.
Есть идея сделать какой-то музей с найденными штуками, ну а если вы что-то сможете добавить в нашу экскурсионную программу, то это вообще будет огненный-огонь)
А если в момент вашего пребывания, у вас появится какая-нибудь классная идея как сделать этот мир еще лучше, то мы примемся и за её воплощение)

Если у вас нет машины, мы встретим вас в Петербурге и довезем до места и обратно)
У нас нет какого-то графика питания, но вкусная и полезная еда вам обеспечена, голодным точно никто не останется))
Сейчас мы живем в палатках, в них есть обогреватели, а еще у нас есть нормальный туалет, душ с горячей водой и кухня со всем необходимым)
Ближе к зиме можно будет перебраться в домики, которые мы сами и построим))

Наша усадьба находится в горном селе Очамчырского района Абхазии Атара Армянская. На высоком берегу реки Кодор (самой полноводной в Абхазии) с живописными видами на горы и в долину до самого моря (около 15 км - примерно полчаса на машине). В 2,5 км от дома целебный питьевой сероводородный источник. В получасе езды на машине горячий источник в селе Кындыг.
В Атаре крупное поселение русских (около 20-ти семей).
Наша территория находится на плато, окружённом лесом в стороне от соседей (около километра).
В усадьбе живу я с мужем и трое детей (10 лет, 6 и год), а также периодически наши гости и волонтёры.
У нас большое хозяйство: буйволиное стадо, свиньи, 3 собаки, утки, гектар старых садов, молодой сад, огород, поля, пруды с рыбой. Кроме дома, где мы живём есть гостевой дом, пригодный для жизни, но без косметического ремонта и живописная видовая поляна для кемпинга. Строим баню. Территория огорожена.
Мы развиваем здесь эко/агротуризм и создаём гостевое пространство и созидательное сообщество. К нам можно приехать в любое время и на любой срок (по договоренности).

Условия
Можно жить в гостевом доме (есть вода, унитаз, электричество, обогреватель, печь, мебель, техника) без косметического ремонта. Или в палатке на живописной поляне с видом на горы и Кодор (тоже есть вода и электричество).
Предоставление питания обговаривается с каждым лично - в зависимости от количества рабочих часов.

Мы занимаемся производством экологической и оздоровительной продукции в горах Алтая. Наша продукция пользуется большим спросом: сыродавленные растительные масла, горный мед и продукты пчеловодства, лекарственные травы и сборы, фиточаи и эфирные масла. Но мы не в состоянии обеспечить всех желающих и всех страждущих нашей продукцией. Нам необходима помощь в заготовке сырья и строительстве сооружений для его переработки. Поэтому мы постоянно приглашаем помощников-волонтеров для участия в реализации наших социальных проектов, направленных на оздоровление соотечественников.
Нам нужна помощь:
- по сбору, заготовке и переработке лекарственных растений;
- по уходу за растениями на Аптекарском огороде;
- домашняя работа, уход за огородом, приготовление еды.
- в проведение походов.
- по строительству сооружений и монтажу оборудования для переработки сырья.
- помощь на пасеке, уход за пчелами
- в нашей лавке добрых продуктов.

- размещение (палатки, дом на колесах на двоих, комнаты в основном доме) в селе Баштала, Усть Коксинский район, Республика Алтай, на высоте 1100 метров над уровнем моря, на берегу реки Баштала в сказочной Уймонской долине у подножия Теректинского хребта;

Вид работ
Количество рабочих часов зависит от погодных условий и той работы, которую намечаем. Но все в пределах разумного!!! Оптимальная продолжительность рабочего дня около 4 часов.
Остальное время можно гулять, ходить в горы, читать, медитировать на берегу реки, спать под шум Катуни и кричащих чаек, наслаждаться общением, совершать кулинарные эксперименты........
Вы можете ходить в походы в выходные дни (помощь продуктами питания, заброской с нас) Собраться если вы приехали на долго в поход на несколько дней!

Условия
Жилье по Вашему желанию:
- палатка;
- дом на колесах;
- комната в доме.
Питание: совместное, ВЕГЕТАРИАНСКОЕ.
Проезд за Ваш счет.
Оплата не предусматривается. Но....если Вы внесете существенную лепту в развитие нашего хозяйства, то мы вознаградим Вас продукцией нашего хозяйства: мёд, перга, пыльца, прополис, варенье, органическое мыло...все, что Вы захотите сами на сумму зависящую от срока Вашего пребывания и внесенной лепты!
